Form XXV: Hold Sword with One Leg Standing (Lifting the Door Curtain)



1.右脚提起经左脚内侧后向左后方插步,前脚掌着地,两腿屈膝半 蹲;同时,右手持剑向外翻转举至面前,然后再向上、向左后方绕环,剑把 落在左腰间,手心向里,剑身置于身体左侧,剑尖斜向左上方;左手剑指附 于右手腕随右手绕行;目视剑尖(图5-1-91.5-1-92)。

动作要点:



(1)向左后方插步要与向上提剑同时进行,上体保持正直。



(2)插步时,右脚的前脚掌先着地。



Key points:



(1) Making a cross left backward should be done as lifting the sword. Keep your upper body erect.



(2) When making a cross, the ball of your right foot should touch the ground first.



2.两脚以脚掌为轴向右转体,随即左腿屈膝提起成右独立步;同时, 右手持剑随身体右转向右上方托架,剑身略平,稍高于头,剑尖向前,手心 向外;左手剑指附于右臂内侧随右手绕行;目视前方(正西)(图5-1.93.5- 1-94) o

动作要点:






托剑时,右手握把要活,右腿自然

Key points:



When lifting sword, your right hand should hold the sword loosely. Straighten your right leg naturally.



实战作用:



当对方用剑劈砍我头部时,我随即 用剑的中段托架住来剑。



Functions in fighting:



When hacked the head by the opponent, the attacking sword with the middle part of the sword.



易犯错误:



右脚向外划弧摆动收到左后方。



Common errors:



Swing your right foot outward in an arc to draw left backward.



更正方法:



轻提右脚尖后直接回收至左踝关节内侧,然后再撤到左后方。



Corrective measures:



Raise the toes to the right foot lightly to withdraw directly to the inner side of your left ankle, and then remove to the left backward.
