一、.足部动作|空手道型拳KATA








右脚回 落,呈马步站立



1 .步法动作:马步站立



2 .手部动作:左拳中位 击打拳心向上,右手打 开,置于腹前,手指向 上



3 .方向:D2



1 .The movement of feet: left foot falls back in a horse stance



2 .The standing means: stand in a horse stance



3 .The movement of hands: left fist makes a median attack, heart of fist up, right hand open, in front of the abdomen, fingers up



4 .Direction: D2






1 .足部动作:身体向右 转动180度



2 .步法动作:三战站立 3.手部动作:右中位挂 手格挡,左掌置于胸 前,手背向上



4 .方向:C2



要点:身体迅速移动, 实施挂手格挡。肘部置 于右腋下



1 .The movement of feet: body rotates 180° to the right



2 .The standing means: three point stance



3 .The movement of hands: make a right median block.Left fist locates in front of the chest, opisthenars up



4 . Direction:C2



Key point: body moves swiftly, make a block, elbows locate below the right armpit




1 .足部动作:向左转动 身体,呈半前屈站立 (左脚在前)






2 .步法动作:半前屈站 立



3 .手部动作:右拳实施 低位击打,同时左手紧 握,置于右腋下



4 .方向:C2



1.足部动作:原地不变 2.步法动作:半前屈立 3.手部动作:右高位拳 背向前击打,同时左拳 回收腋下






4.方向:C2



要点:在做连续实施低 位击打、高位击打时, 要双脚转向同一边。转 腰,弯曲右膝,为能快 速旋转作准备

3 .The movement of hands: right fist makes a low attack and clench your left fist simultaneously, put it below the right armpit

3 .The movement of hands: right high opisthenar attack forward, take back the left fist below the right armpit

Key point: when making continuous low block, high attack, both feet turn to the same side. rotate the wrast, bend right knee, prepare for the swift rotation




1 .足部动作:身体向右 旋转,恢复三战






2 .步法动作:三战站立



3 .手部动作:左中位格 挡,同时右拳置于左 腋下



4 .方向:C2



1 .The movement of feet: rotate the body to the right, return to the three point stance



2 .The standing means: three point stance



3 .The movement of hands: make a left median block, put right fist below the left armpit 4.Direction: C2






1.足部动作:左中位前 踢,双拳保持不变 2.步法动作:右脚站立 3.手部动作:双拳保持 不变
