The Exercises of Tai Ji Quan Zhuang Gong
桩功是一种像树之形,取其根深叶茂之意而形成的一 种特殊练功方法。太极拳桩功按其动作运动状态分为静桩 和动桩。具体的动作内容,可以是套路中的动作,也可以是 其他一些特殊动作,这里我们主要以尽快练好套路为目的, 选取相应的桩功练习。桩功的目的主要是调整太极拳的身 型,增加专项功力,调节呼吸与意识。
If the root of a tree is firmly and deeply planted, its branches are spectacular. Zhuang Gong is a special way to practice the strength through imitating the stance of a tree. According to the movements of the exercises,there are two types of Tai Ji Zhuang Gong: motionless and moving. The movements which have been carefully chosen in Zhuang Gong exercises may or may not appear in the actual competition routine. The main purposes of Zhuang Gong are to correct the body posture, to improve the particular physical strength, and to enhance the breathing and the awareness.
2.1.1 静桩 Ihe motionless Zhuang Gong
2.1.1.1 扎衣桩(见图 2-1)。Tucking in robes Zhuang (Fig.2-1).
要点:外形做到“三合”(肩与胯合、肘与膝合、手与脚 合),内劲流注。

要点:此桩主要是练习 左腿功力,两臂要内劲贯通。
