要点:左胯根收住,重心完全沉到左腿。然后,松右 胯根,依次带动右腿收回成丁步,脚尖可以不落地,两掌 合抱。
Key points: Draw the left hip in with the weight on the left leg . Relax the right hip to draw the right leg in to form T - stance.
Don't drop your toes to the floor and make the arms rounded.

3.2.3 弓步右翔(见图 3-13~3-14)。Bow stance and Ward off (Fig.3-13-3-14).
要点:右脚上步时,左胯根抽住,膝关节不可前突过 脚尖,或向里跪膝,右腿弓出、棚臂、松腰一致,动作完成 时裆沉胯落,尾闾前收,脊背拔伸,气舒劲整。
Key points: While stepping the right leg toward, draw the left hip in and don't bend the right knee over the toes or inward. Coordinate the movements of making the right leg in bow stance, warding off with the left arm and relaxing the waist . When completing the movements, drop your groin and hips withuWei Lu” drawn forward in, pull and straighten the back, breathe confort- ably and hold the force.

3.2.4 后坐下捋(见图 3 - 15 - 3 - 18)0 Sit back and deflect downward (F?3-15-3-18).
要点:先松腰,前伸两掌。然后,重心后移,左胯根微 开后撤,屈膝坐腿,松腰带动两掌侧捋。
Key points: Relax your waist and stretch the palms forward. Move the weight backward and retreat the left hip slightly. Bend the knees and sit back. Relax your waist to steer the movement of palms deflecting to the side.
