要点:重心略左移,从外表上看不出明显的移动,呼 气合掌,两掌之间相系相吸,含胸扩背。两肘尖始终下 坠,肩部不可耸起。如果你做对了,会感到胸背胀展,两 掌心有开中吸,合中开的气感。

Key points: Shift your weight slightly to the left, and exhale and close your palms. Draw your chest in and expand the back with the palms facing each other. Drop the elbows and don't shrug the shoulders. If you do it correctly, you will feel the expanding of the chest and the back and the sensation of the “Qi” while performing.

3.12.2 横步单鞭(见图 3 - 87)O Step aside and single whip (Fig.3-87).
要点:下肢开胯、屈膝撑圆,两掌边向外推,左右横 开。就像双手捋一根长杆。
Key points: Open your hips and bend the knees. Push the palms outward and opened to either side just like stroking a long pole with two hands.
