Form XVII: Push Down and Stand on One Leg - Right Style
1. 右脚落于左脚前,脚掌着地,然后以左脚前掌为轴脚跟向外转动, 身体随之向左转;同时左手向后平举变成勾手,右掌随着转体向左侧划 弧,立于左肩前,掌心斜向后;目视左手(图4-1-133 AM34) o
2. Put your right foot down in front of your left foot, toes on the ground. And then, tum your left heel outward with the toes of the left foot as the axis, while tum your body to the left. 5. Raise your left knee slowly as your left hand flattens and swings to the front, passing the outside of your left leg. Your left elbow should be bent just youfe your left knee, fingers pointing up and palm facing rightward. Youte your right hand to the side of your right hip, fingers pointing forward, palm down. Look at your left hand (fig. 4-1-138, 4-1-139).
动作要点:
右脚尖触地后须稍微提起,然后再向下仆腿。其他均与“左下势独 立”相同,只是方向相反。
