1. 左式,重心前移,左脚尖外撇45度,右腿提起成左独立式,右手变掌经右腿旁向 前、向上挑起,右肘右膝相对,左掌同时弧形下搂到左胯旁,坐腕。
2. 右式,左腿屈膝下蹲,右脚向后距左脚一脚距离落下,重心渐渐移向右腿,左脚屈 膝提起。同时右掌弧形下落于胯前上方,掌斜向下。左掌自下向前、向上随提左膝弧形挑 起,掌心斜向前呈侧掌,坐腕。
要点:挑掌与提膝要一致。
