1.1套路结构特点
The Characteristics in the Structure of the Routine
1.1.1继承性 Preservation of the tradition
吴式太极拳竞赛套路,是在继承传统吴式太极拳基 础上创编而成的。一方面,它在动作做法上,基本保留了 传统吴式的动作特点,特别是兼容了南北两个流派的风 格。另一方面在套踣结构上,基本保留了传统套路的主 体结构,所以,从动作做法到套路编排,都继承了传统吴 式太极拳。
The competition routine of Wu style Tai Ji Quan was created based on the traditional Wu Style. It remain the characteristics of the movements in the traditional one with the combination of the movements from both the southern and the northern schools. It also preserves the main structure of the traditional routine. So, we can say that the competition routine has the bases of the traditional Wu style Tai Ji Quan from the movements to the arrangement.
1.1.2 对称性 Symmetry
整个套路动作分布,以矩形场地中线为基准,前后左 右对称,单个动作左右肢体对称的有16个,表现了对称 性。
The layout of the routine is arranged symmetrically to the front
and back,and the left and right, using the center of the competition floor as a standard. There are 16 single movements that are done on both the left and right sides of the body which demonstrate the symmetrical characteristics of Wu Style.
1.1.3 合理性 Rationality
吴式太极拳竞赛套路在动作编排上,多有左右对称 动作,以求平衡发展,全面锻炼。
整个套路共分4段:
第一段:有14个动作,突出了揽扎衣、搂膝拗步等动 作,以练习基本功架和方法为主。
第二段:有7个动作,主要有野马分鬃、玉女穿梭等 动作为主,重点是练习退步。
第三段:有9个动作,步法细腻灵活,突出腿法动作, 以云手、分脚、蹬脚动作为主。锻炼稳定能力。
第四段:有15个动作,以下势、退步跨虎、转身摆莲等 动作为主,动作层次变化明显,起伏转折。
In terms of the arrangement, there are a lot of movements that are symmetrical on both the left and right sides in order to develop the balance and provide an overall training throughout the routine.

Segment4 has 15 movements includingpush down”,“back step and straddle the tiger",and"tum body with lotus kick" etc. to learn the distinctive changes between the high and low movements . '
