要点:左侧身体先向右侧身体折叠,蓄劲,突然腰胯 抖动,劲贯通两臂。势如大浪翻滚。
Key points: Fold the body to the right, collect the force and shake the waist and hip with a sudden. Let the force flow to both arms like overturning the waves in the ocean.
