3.11.1 转体绕臂(见图 3 - 81)。Turn body and roll arms (Fig.3 -81).
要点:利用上一动作拧腰蓄劲,松腰自动放开躯干, 带动两臂运动。
Key points: Use the twisting of the waist to collect the force. When relaxing the waist, release the body to steer the movement of the arms.

3.11.3 马步弹撩(见图 3 - 83 ?3 - 84)O Horse stance and spring upwards( Fig. 3 - 83 ?3 - 84).
要点:左膝不跪。
Key points:Don't kneel down the left knee .
