要点:扣左脚转身,以腰带动两臂平摆。
Key points: Turn your left foot inward and turn your body.

3.41.2 转身展掌(见图 3 - 264)。Turn body and widen palms 手

要点:松右胯,长腰,转身展臂。
Key points: Relax the right hip with your waist stretched. Turn the body and stretch the arms.

3.41.3 收脚合手(见图 3 - 265 ~ 3 - 266)。Withdraw foot and close hands (Fig. 3 - 265 ?3 - 266).
要点:沉左胯,稳住重心,松右胯,收右脚,收右手,重 心再移于两脚之间。
Key points: Drop the left hip and keep your weight steady. Relax the right hip to draw in the right hand and foot and shift your

weight to the center of both feet.
