Step aside the right foot with the heel touching the ground and then gradually lowering the whole foot. Put the right foot outward using the heel as the axis and turn the left foot
inward. The two feet should be obliquely parallel. Draw the left foot in, and stretch outward. Turn the right foot inward and stretch outward. Practice this movement repeatedly.
