名称释意:青龙出水贯长虹。这里用以形容剑法松活舒展,身法敏 捷。
Explanation of the name: The green dragon rises out of the water, fbnning a long rainbow. Here it is used to refer to the looseness, flexibility and swiftness of the swordsmanship.

Form XI: Turn Around and Carry Sword (Wind Blows the Lotus Leaf)
名称释意:剑随着身体的转动由前向后斜带,呈不规则的圆形,剑气 流转犹如风卷起荷叶一般。

Explanation of the name: It is a legend that the white ape, as the servant of the Immortal, is spiritualistic. After picking the fruit from the mountain, the ape served them in both hands to salute the Immortal. Here the motion of holding hands is like the white ape serving the fruit, with the back bent and the arms stretched (fig. 5-2-2).
