Form IX: Sweep Sword downward in Empty Stance （ Black Dragon Swings Its Tail）
名称释意:乌龙即黑龙。剑由上向下运动，犹如乌龙摆动尾部，势大 力猛。
Explanation of the name: Black Dragon is a dragon in black. When swaying sword from up to down, just like a black dragon whipping its tail with a rush and heavy force.
（十）左弓步刺（青龙出水）
Form X: Thrust In Left Bow Stance （Green Dragon Rises out of the Waters）
名称释意:青龙出水贯长虹。这里用以形容剑法松活舒展，身法敏 捷。
Explanation of the name: The green dragon rises out of the water, fbnning a long rainbow. Here it is used to refer to the looseness, flexibility and swiftness of the swordsmanship.
（十一）转身斜带（风卷荷叶）
Form XI: Turn Around and Carry Sword （Wind Blows the Lotus Leaf）
名称释意:剑随着身体的转动由前向后斜带，呈不规则的圆形，剑气 流转犹如风卷起荷叶一般。
Explanation of the name: Bringing the sword obliquely with turning the body firom front to back in an irregular circle, and the air of the sword s moving is just like the wind blowing to roll the lotus'leaf.

名称释意：双手捧剑如虎捕食,双爪抱于胸前。
Explanation of the name: Holding up the sword with two hands is like a tiger preying with the two claws, holding its head before your chest.

Form XIV: Jump to a Flat Thrust （Wild Horse Leaps over the Stream）
名称释意：形容跳步动作轻快、迅捷，犹如野马跳过山涧一般Q
Explanation of the name: A name aims to express the lightness and swiftness, like a wild horse leaping over the creek.

名称释意:此名称源自于一则中国童话故事。说的是，猴子一手攀住 长长的树藤，用力使树藤摆动,意欲捞起水中皎洁的明月。这里借喻剑由 下向上运行的撩击动作。
Explanation of the name: The naming is derived from a Chinese fairy tale, which says that a monkey swings the long tree bines in its hand and intends to get the moon from the river. Here is to refer to the move of swinging the sword from downward to upward.

Form XVII: Turn Around and Drawing Back the Sword （Shoot the Wild Geese）
名称释意:一手前指、一手持剑的动作,犹如弯弓射雁一般。此名称 可谓气韵生动，意境深远。
Explanation of the name: One hand pointing ahead and the other holding the sword, a movement like bending the bow to shoot the wild geese. The name is lively, charming, artistic and meaningful.

Explanation of the name: It is a legend that the white ape, as the servant of the Immortal, is spiritualistic. After picking the fruit from the mountain, the ape served them in both hands to salute the Immortal. Here the motion of holding hands is like the white ape serving the fruit, with the back bent and the arms stretched （fig. 5-2-2）.
