V. Leg skills



蹬腿。



支撑腿微屈,站稳;另一腿屈膝提起,脚尖上翘,脚跟向前匀速蹬出, 腿伸直,脚高不过肩,低不过腰(图3-2-27.3-2-28 )0



动作要点:支撑腿的雕、膝关节要松沉;所蹬腿的膝关节应该尽量放 松高提。



Kick with the heel.



Bend the supporting leg a little bit and stand still. Bend the other knee and raise it, and point the tiptoe upward. Kick with the heel forward with uniform speed without bending the leg. The foot should not be higher than the shoulder, or lower than the waist (fig. 3-2-27, 3-2-28).

Key points: The hip joint and knee joint of the supporting leg should be relaxed; the knee of the kicking leg should be raised as high as you can in a relaxed manner.
