十三、云手|嫡传杨家太极拳精练28式





重心左移,两手变掌,右掌向右、向下划弧,左手同时向上、向左划弧。掌心朝里。 两掌不停,收右脚向左落步于左脚侧面,脚尖先落。左手随腰弧形向左运行,逐渐翻掌向 下。右掌自右下经腹前向左弧形运动,逐渐掌心向里运到近左腕。右脚落实,腰向右转, 右掌随腰自左下向上向右弧形运转,左掌自左上弧形向下向右运转。抬左脚向左横向迈侧 步,脚尖先落地。右脚随抬起向左跟进,脚尖先落地,两手随左、右转腰向外划弧。



要点:两脚距离约肩宽。两手划弧应随腰转。



<13 > Transfer your weight to the left leg. Open your left hand and move your left arm outwards slightly in an anticlockwise circular motion. At the same time, your right hand opens out from the fist and moves down in a clockwise circular motion scooping across the front of the hips. At the same time, lift your right knee and bring your right foot down, toe first, shoulder width from the left, in a parallel stance. Your right hand continues to ascend in a circular motion as the left hand pushed down, then across the front of the hip in a scooping motion, using the waist to generate the move. Your weight should now be on the right leg. Lifting your left knee and step to your left, toe down first, while your right hand descends and moves across the front of the hips in a scooping motion, as your left hand ascends and moves across in front of your body. As the left hand sinks, the right palm should rise. Step to the left with your right foot, coming down toe first and transfer your weight to your right leg.



Points to note



? Your hand movements are driven by the waist.



? The stance should be neither too wide nor too narrow, with your toes pointing forward.



? Avoid double weighing and ensure that weight transfer coincide with the foot movements.



? Avoid straightening your arms, keep then rounded and your movements circular.



? Relax your shoulder and ensure your palms face inward.
