1. 左倒撵猴:右手变掌经腹前,弧形向后撩于肩高,手心斜向上。左臂外旋,两臂对 开。同时左腿向后退一步,脚尖先落地,重心后移。右手回转由耳旁经过向前推出,掌心 斜向前。左手弧形向后向下抽回于左胯旁,掌心向上。整体动作随腰左转,面向前方,眼 向前平视。
2. 右倒撵猴:动作相同,方向相反。
要点:退步时两脚应有一个横向距离,不可踩在同一条直线上。
<9> (i) With your weight on the right leg, turn your waist clockwise. At the same time circle
your right hand backwards, with the palm facing and the left arm extended slightly, palms facing downward. At the same time, lift the left leg and step back off center, the left foot coming down toe first. Your right palm should be in line with your chest sitting on the wrist.
(ii) Sitting on your left leg, circle your left hand back, palm facing forward. Lift the right leg & step back off center, toe first, and transfer the weight back. At the same time complete the movement with the left palm pushing forward and the right pulling back to the hip & turning the palm up.
Points to note
? Keep shoulders level when performing the opposing movement.
