Key points: When stepping forward, move your weight steadily and agilely. Use the waist to steer the movement of circling the sword with one step for one circle, and make the force flow continuously.

3.17.1 后坐带剑(见图 3 - 62)。Sit back and withdraw sword (Fig.3-62).
要点:立身中正,松胯圆裆,转腰后坐,带动剑弧形回 抽。
Key points: Keep your body upright and centered. Relax the hip and keep your groin rounded. Turn the waist and sit back to draw the sword back in an arc route.
