要点：手腕放松上提，剑尖要低于手腕。提剑、起身和 出虚步同步完成。
Key points： Raise the sword with the wrist relaxed and keep the tip of sword lower than the wrist. Perform the movements of raising the sword and stepping out simultaneously.
