要点:后坐时松胯,使身体保持中正。
Key points: When sitting back, relax your hips to keep your body upright and centered.

3.5.2 提膝劈剑(见图 3-21~3-22)。Lift knee and chop with sword (Fig.3-21 ~3-22).
要点:独立起身时,头顶悬领,提膝独立与劈剑一致, 保持平衡。
Key points: Relax your neck and keep your head straight when raising the body. Coordinate the movements of lifting the knee and chopping and keep your body balanced.
