Thrust Cudgel in Kylin Step
1 .重心后移,左腿提膝,左手松握,右手提拉,目视前方。(图20)
Shift body weight backward, lift left knee up, left hand looses the cudgel and right hand carrys up, look forward. (Fig 20)
2 .重心前移,左脚闪步,右腿跟步,成麒麟步,左手滑把,右手旋 推,向右点棍,力达棍梢,缩身藏头,目视棍梢。(图21)
Shift body weight forward, left foot steps to left and right foot follows to form kylin step, left hand slides along cudgel, right hand twists to point cudgel, force to cudgel-tip, contract body and lower head, look at cudgel-tip. (Fig 21)
