要点:左脚轻起轻落,开步身体重心平稳移动。请注 意,起势的各项要求都要贯彻到以后的动作之中,万万不 可忽视。

3.1.2 两臂平举(见图 3-4~3-5)。Raise arms forward and upward (Fig.3-4~3-5).



要点:全身向下松沉,劲起于脚,拔背沉肩,中指领 劲,两臂自然平举,”一举动,周身俱要轻灵,尤需贯串二 “其根在脚”,最终形于手指。有个秘诀:想着走手不走 肘,手臂自然升起。

Key points: Relax the whole body and the force is generated from the feet. Drop your shoulders, straighten the back and raise your arms forward naturally. uWhile raising the arms, the whole body should be agile and the feet are served as the roots.n Make the force run to the fingers. In fact, the arms can rise up naturally when you move your hands instead of the elbows.



3.1.3 屈膝下按(见图 3 - 6)o Bend knees and press down (Fig.3-6).



要点:屈膝、按掌、两肘下沉,全身带动两掌下按,肘 尖对地、坐腕,劲贯掌指。注意,坐腕不是成90度的死角,



而是自然屈腕贯劲。这两个 动作要连续不断劲,做到“无 令丝毫间断耳”。哈哈,配合 呼气下沉好舒服啊!



图 3-6 Fig.3-6Key points: Bend the knees, press the palms and drop the elbows .Use the body to steer the movement of pressing your palm downward with the palm facing forward and the fingers up and make the force reach the fingers. Remember to bend your wrist naturally and never form the angle at 90 degree . This two movements should be performed continuously without any breaking. You may feel very comfortable to exhale while dropping down.
